What the template does
The template delivers an instant raffle in chat: participants start the flow, the instant win module draws from a configured prize pool via random generator and returns the result (win or no-win) immediately. Win probabilities per prize category are freely configurable.
Customer data (name, email, marketing opt-in) is captured in the same dialogue and can be passed via integration to CRM or newsletter tool. Win and no-win messages as well as the prize redemption instructions are adjustable in the no-code editor.
