LoyJoy is the simplest enterprise platform for AI Agents that resolve customer inquiries end-to-end via chat and phone, not as FAQ bots and not as simple LLM wrappers. Service, marketing and sales teams build and change their AI Agents themselves via drag-and-drop, a first prototype is ready in 15 minutes, without waiting for IT.

More than 100 enterprise customers since 2018 rely on LoyJoy, including RTL+, TRUMPF, R+V Insurance, Vaillant, SCHOTT and Paul Hartmann AG. For chat, LoyJoy runs its own LLM (Gemma 4) on its own hardware in a data center in Münster, Germany, Made in Germany, hosted in the EU and designed for GDPR, the EU AI Act, DORA and BFSG.

R+V Insurance won the German Brand Award 2026 in the category "Best AI Project of the Year" for its AI project built on LoyJoy, with the highest distinction "Best of Best".
