Claims reporting with an AI agent: motor, building, contents, liability, accident, electronics and other
Description
AI agent for claims reporting: captures motor, building, contents, liability, accident and electronics claims through a guided flow or in the customer's own words and delivers a checked claim that is ready for handling.
Highlights
Highlights
- 6 lines of business with 30 claim types, from wildlife collisions to cracked displays
- Guided flow or own words: the AI assigns the claim and asks for all missing details
- Checked claim file for the claims team, confirmation with claim number for the customer
Try the template via “Live Demo”: report a made-up claim and see at the end how it arrives at the claims team. Enter your email address to also receive the confirmation.
Customers report their claim either through a guided flow, choosing line and claim type by click, or directly in their own words. The AI agent recognises which line of business and claim type the case belongs to, leads the conversation and asks for all details this claim type requires. It checks date, location and amounts for plausibility, summarises the claim and has the customer confirm it. Customers can then upload a photo and enter their contact details. The claims team receives a complete claim that it can usually process without follow-up questions.
Highlights
- Guided flow or own words: Choose line and claim type by click or simply describe what happened. The AI keeps everything already said and does not ask twice.
- Complete and plausible: The agent knows the mandatory details for every claim type, checks for contradictions and converts phrases like “last night” into a date.
- Review notes for the claims team: For example the likely motor cover, recourse, urgency, weather check or deadlines. The agent does not share them with the customer, they only go to the claims team.
- Safety and duties covered: In case of acute danger such as a gas smell or running water, the immediate safety advice comes first. Duties are given as tips at the right moment.
- Clear limits, seven languages: No cover commitments and no statements on fault, health data only after consent. The conversation runs in 7 languages, the fields for the claims team always arrive in German.
