What headless means at LoyJoy
Your business team builds and analyses AI Agents visually in the LoyJoy Manager or from a compatible AI assistant. The assistant handles the interaction; LoyJoy manages approved functions, versions, roles and processes. This adds an interface without replacing the platform.
Three MCP connections
- LoyJoy agents use external MCP tools, for example from ERP or CRM.
- External AI Agents access approved customer services exposed by a LoyJoy agent.
- Your team creates and edits agents and analyses analytics through the LoyJoy tenant.
