What the template does
The template captures meter readings in chat: the customer enters the contract account number and the current meter reading (numeric or via photo upload). The reading is validated and posted to the billing system via API client.
Compatible with common utility billing systems via the API client (SAP IS/U, Wilken, Schleupen, Lima, powercloud). Validation rules, plausibility checks and follow-up communication are configurable.
