What the template does
The template guides customers through changing their monthly payment amount in chat. Inputs are validated against the customer system (contract account number match), the new value is written directly to the billing system via the API client. The permissible adjustment range is configurable.
In the standard flow the customer enters the contract account number and the new desired amount, the bot confirms the change and sends a summary. Compatible with common utility billing systems via the API client (SAP IS/U, Wilken, Schleupen, Lima, powercloud).
