Savencia AI Cheese Chat for Recipes and Products

Savencia, a long-time LoyJoy customer, built an AI Agent called “Käse-Karl” for its German web portal “ich-liebe-käse.de” (I love cheese), one that resolves questions about cheese products directly and introduces new recipes along the way.

Initial Situation

Savencia wanted to offer customers a new way to connect with the brand, not just informational, but in direct dialogue. The goal was an AI-powered chat experience that makes exactly this possible.

Solution Concept

With Käse-Karl, an AI Agent was built that answers questions about Savencia’s cheese products and guides users through matching recipes, rather than simply informing them. Along the way, it recommends recipes featuring Savencia’s cheese.

Results

• New AI cheese chat experience on the website, an additional channel for brand interaction
