What the template does
The template embeds a HeyGen avatar as a visual element in chat. The avatar speaks the bot answers synchronised with the conversation. Avatar persona, voice and language are configured via HeyGen, the trigger comes from the LoyJoy flow.
Getting Started
- Add the template to your personal workspace in LoyJoy. The interactive button elements and HeyGen integration are already set up.
- Create your avatar and the idle video in HeyGen. Upload an image, create a short idle video (max. 3.5 seconds), and export it.
- Set up your voice and API credentials in HeyGen. Create a matching voice or choose an existing one. Generate an API key.
- Set up the avatar in LoyJoy. Upload the idle video and your avatar’s image, and enter your API key, Avatar ID and Voice ID.
- Customize the chat flow to fit your theme. You can easily arrange buttons, text, and paths using drag-and-drop.
