What the template does

The template captures damage reports in chat in two variants: users describe the damage in free text and an AI assistant extracts the structured fields (damage type, date, parties involved, description), or they are guided step by step through a structured query. Required fields, damage types and follow-up processes are configurable.

Applicable for insurance damages, device damages, repair requests and similar matters. Structured data is passed to the claims system.

How to start

  3. Connect transfer to the claims system (via API client or via email).
