About LoyJoy

At LoyJoy, you combine both. You run workshops at well-known companies, understand their processes at the customer interface via chat and phone, and turn that understanding into working AI agents. You use modern AI tools not just for research and writing, but to analyse, automate, code, test and ship solutions.

LoyJoy is an independent, founder-led technology company from Münster. Since 2018, we have been developing and selling the LoyJoy Platform, the simplest enterprise platform for Agentic Customer Service and Sales: AI agents that resolve customer requests end-to-end via chat and phone. They advise, qualify leads and execute processes.

Our customers are the upper Mittelstand and large corporations, including RTL+, TRUMPF, R+V Versicherung, Vaillant and SCHOTT. We think long-term instead of in quarters and grow sustainably.

Via MCP, AI agents will increasingly be created, tested and deployed directly from AI work environments such as ChatGPT Work. For you, that means less clicking and configuring, more building with AI.

Your role in the team

You join our growing consulting team and work closely alongside our Senior Consultant Agentic AI, who onboards and mentors you. You start with project delivery and grow step by step into full ownership of your own accounts, on track towards Senior Consultant.

Münster is your base: no permanent embedding at customer sites, no travel treadmill, but regular on-site meetings across DACH to build customer relationships.

Your responsibilities

• You analyse your customers' processes at the customer interface together with them and moderate workshops to design AI agents.
• You lead your projects with confidence all the way to a productive deployment at the customer.
• You build and test AI agents yourself and implement requirements using modern AI tools.
• You build small technical solutions yourself when needed. For example, you have AI build you an MCP server, an API integration or a JavaScript tool, understand the generated code, test it and put it into production.
• You present results convincingly and develop new use cases together with your counterparts.
• You take on growing ownership of your accounts and become a sparring partner for Agentic AI.

Your qualifications

• You don't need to be a classically trained software developer. You should be technically curious and enjoy building things with AI that you couldn't have coded yourself yesterday.
• ChatGPT, Claude or comparable tools are already a natural part of how you work today.
• You build with AI: small apps, scripts, automations or integrations. You understand basic JavaScript, and you read and test generated code instead of accepting it unchecked.
• You enjoy working with people: structuring workshops, listening closely, explaining complex topics clearly, holding your own confidently in front of customers.
• You think analytically, work independently and take ownership of results.
• You've successfully completed your degree, or are close to finishing it. Your specific subject matters less than the combination of analytical thinking, technology affinity and communication.
• You speak excellent German and good English.
