About LoyJoy

LoyJoy is an independent, founder-led technology company from Münster. From our office in the heart of the city, we have been developing and selling the LoyJoy platform since 2018, the simplest enterprise platform for Agentic Customer Service and Sales: AI agents that resolve customer requests end-to-end via chat and phone. They advise, qualify leads and execute processes.

We work mainly for the upper Mittelstand and large corporations, including insurers, mechanical engineering, consumer goods and sports clubs, for example RTL+, TRUMPF, R+V Versicherung, Vaillant and SCHOTT. We think long-term instead of in quarters and grow sustainably.

You join our growing consulting team and work closely alongside our Senior Consultant Conversational AI, who onboards and mentors you. You start with project delivery and grow step by step into full ownership of your own accounts, on track towards Senior Consultant. Münster is your base: no permanent embedding at customer sites, no travel treadmill, but regular on-site meetings across DACH to build customer relationships.

Your responsibilities

• You analyse requirements and run workshops with customers to design AI agents and process automation.
• You build agents AI-assisted on the LoyJoy platform, test them against real customer scenarios and present the results.
• You own your accounts on the content side and develop new use cases together with your customers.
• You work AI-native, with the latest AI tools, AI-enabled processes and Claude Cowork as a core part of your way of working.
• You work closely with the Senior Consultant, the founding team, marketing and sales.
• You enable your counterparts to use the LoyJoy platform confidently themselves, make adjustments independently and interpret metrics correctly.

Your qualifications

• You have successfully completed your studies at the University of Münster or a comparable university, ideally in business administration, information systems, economics or a related field.
• You think analytically, work in a structured way and enjoy driving topics independently.
• You communicate confidently and convincingly, in writing and in direct customer contact.
• You speak excellent German and good English.
• You are excited about AI, Agentic AI and SaaS, and want to learn consulting in practice with AI tools at the core of how you work.
• You bring first practical experience through internships, working-student roles or your own projects.
