What the template does

The template captures the marketing consent GDPR-compliant in chat. By default a double opt-in is provided: users enter their email address, the bot triggers a confirmation mail, only after the click the consent is considered granted.

Consent text, purposes (e.g. newsletter, product info, phone contact) and mail provider are configurable.

How to start

  1. Add the template to your workspace.
  2. Adjust the consent text and purposes to your needs.
  3. Connect mail provider (Brevo, Mailchimp, etc.) for confirmation mail dispatch.
