Steps to get started

  1. add the template to your personal workspace in LoyJoy. The interactive button elements and HeyGen integration are already prepared.
  2. create your avatar and the idle video in HeyGen. Upload an image, create a short pause video (max. 3.5 seconds) and export it.
  3. Create your voice and API data in HeyGen. Create a suitable voice or choose an existing one. Generate an API key.
  4. set up the avatar in LoyJoy. Upload the idle video and the picture of your avatar, store API key, avatar ID and voice ID.
  5. customise the chat flow to your theme. You can easily edit buttons, texts and paths using drag-and-drop.
