What the template does

The template hands out a coupon code in chat. Codes can come from a stored list, a CSV import or an API from the shop system. Each code is issued exactly once, tracking and expiry date are optionally configurable.

Conditions for code issuance (e.g. newsletter signup, answered question, identified customer number) are adjustable in the flow. Live at Telekom.

How to start

  1. Add the template to your workspace.
  2. Connect the code source (list, CSV import or API to shop system).
  3. Configure issuance conditions and (optionally) tracking and expiry date.
