Environmental and Energy Management: As a forward-looking IT company with a SaaS business model, we focus on a resource-saving Digital First approach. We rely on a pioneering hybrid work model that seamlessly connects our physical office with an innovative virtual office for our colleagues working from home. This decentralized and flexible structure significantly minimizes our ecological footprint. We systematically reduce CO2 emissions by decreasing commuting and operate our office spaces as needed and energy-efficiently, consciously avoiding the maintenance of oversized open-plan offices. Our SaaS solution is also provided through modern, highly scalable, and energy-efficient cloud infrastructures.
Occupational Safety and Health Protection: The physical and mental health of our team is our top priority.
