LoyJoy Phonebot combines enterprise telephony integration, advanced speech technology, and the full logic of your LoyJoy AI agent in one setup. No isolated voice stacks, no duplicate knowledge maintenance.

Telephony layer.

Direct integration into existing phone systems via WebSocket. Alternatively: connection via Twilio (including phone number provisioning). SIP and own numbers also supported.

Voice layer.

Two modes: Speech-to-Speech (new — lowest latency, most natural flow, best articulation) or classic STT + TTS. Customers choose what fits best.
