LoyJoy Phonebot combines enterprise telephony integration, advanced speech technology, and the full logic of your LoyJoy AI agent in one setup. No isolated voice stacks, no duplicate knowledge maintenance.
Provider-independent architecture. We continuously evaluate new voice models to always offer you the most capable solution.
Telephony layer.
- Direct integration into existing phone systems via WebSocket. Alternatively: connection via Twilio (including phone number provisioning). SIP and own numbers also supported.
Voice layer.
- Two modes: Speech-to-Speech (new — lowest latency, most natural flow, best articulation) or classic STT + TTS. Customers choose what fits best.
Agent layer.
- Knowledge, actions, tools, and BPMN-based process logic in the LoyJoy platform.
