Württembergische Gemeinde-Versicherung (WGV) has been offering needs-based insurance coverage since 1921. The goal was to enable novice drivers without their own car to calculate and directly sign up for the matching YoungDriver insurance in a playful chat dialogue.
Results
Just under 25 % of chat conversations led to a successful contract conclusion - a strong rate for a dialogue-based application path.
