Solution

LoyJoy was integrated directly into ALDI Nord’s Instagram Stories. An interactive raffle featuring 200 limited edition ALDI Nord Hackenporsche shopping carts as the main prize created an incentive to participate.

The chat playfully guides users through participation – from data entry to newsletter signup. All data is collected GDPR-compliant within the chat, without users having to leave the Instagram environment.

At the end, participants receive a link to current ALDI offers, which drives additional traffic to the ALDI website.

Results
