Big Stage for LoyJoy at Zurich Insurance! Presentation at the Global Zurich Innovation Championship Demo Day
By winning the Zurich Innovation Championship 2024, we were able to implement some exciting projects with Zurich Group Deutschland. At this year’s Demo Day, our CEO Ulf Loetschert presented two cases together with Denise Feist (Teamlead Brand Strategy, Zurich Insurance Germany).
One was DA Direkt’s pet insurance and the other was Zurich’s disability insurance. But first, Laurence Maurice (CEO Latin America, Zurich Insurance) presented the starting point and the challenges facing insurance companies today. Laurence Maurice is the corporate sponsor of the LoyJoy initiative at Zurich.
Insurers in particular are finding it difficult to engage young audiences. Short attention spans on social media, complex content on websites and customers’ desire for 24/7 availability can be addressed with LoyJoy.
The two case studies show how LoyJoy’s playful, social media-integrated chat can be used to generate leads and sales. The contrast between the interactive chatbot and the text-heavy website was particularly striking. By using the LoyJoy Conversational AI & Marketing Platform, Zurich and DA Direkt are able to inform the young Generation Z about their insurance products and generate leads in a way that is tailored to their target group.
