Our September Update: Your AI Agents Are Getting Smarter, and You Retain Full Control
Summer isn’t over yet, and we already have the next big news for you! Our September release is all about smarter AI agents and more control for you. We are excited to introduce a revolutionary feature that will take your work with LoyJoy to a whole new level: the long-awaited versioning.
1. Versioning – Always stay on top of things 🔄
“Wait, the change is already live?” – you won’t hear that phrase anymore. We know that not every adjustment to an agent should be immediately visible to your customers. That’s why we’re introducing versioning, a feature that gives you more security and control.
You can now make changes at your leisure, test them extensively, and only publish them when everything is perfect. Simply click on the new “Publish” button in your agent.
We have even more in store for our Enterprise and Unlimited customers: In the new “Versioning” tab in Manager, you will find a complete history of the last five versions of your agent. Here you can:
- Track changes
- Restore older versions
- Copy versions and reuse them in new agents
- Add comments to make it easier to assign changes
You can use the ‘Restore’ button to return to a previous version at any time. The restored version becomes the active “live” version, and the previous live version is saved as a new version in the history. This ensures that none of your changes are lost.

2. More choice & power: New AI models in the LoyJoy Platform 🇪🇺
In addition to your agents’ new capabilities, we’re also giving you more control over the technology that powers them. We have expanded the LoyJoy Platform with four additional powerful AI models:

- GPT-5
- Mistral Medium
Of course, all four models can be hosted directly from the EU, ensuring maximum data security and GDPR compliance. With the models from Scaleway and Mistral, we are going one step further and offering you AI models from European providers for the first time.
We’ve also made some under-the-hood improvements: the GPT knowledge module and co. are now significantly more powerful. This means your agents can process information even faster and more accurately.
