Description

Let your customers answer a few questions and create a PDF file right in the chat. Ideal for contracts or similar documents.

Add Template

Highlights

Highlights

  • Create PDF files with information from the chat
  • Send the PDF to the customer via chat
  • Ideal for contracts or similar documents

The template creates a PDF in chat from the answers given during the conversation: the agent asks a configured set of questions, the answers are inserted into a PDF template, for example a contract, confirmation or offer, and delivered at the end as a download or via email. Layout and fields of the PDF are adjustable, and additional data can be pulled in from connected sources such as a CRM or database.

Highlights

  • Generate a PDF automatically from chat: Answers from the configured question dialog are inserted directly into the PDF document.
  • Flexible delivery: Download right in chat or send via email, whichever fits your process.
  • Enrichment from further sources: Additional data from a CRM or database completes the document, so customers do not have to enter it again.

Use cases (examples)

  • Automatically create contracts and contract confirmations
  • Generate personalised offers
  • Complete applications, for example a retirement custody account application
  • Send confirmation letters after a chat enquiry
  • Issue individual reports or participation certificates
