What the template does
The template creates a PDF in chat from the answers given in the conversation. The bot asks a configured set of questions, the answers are inserted into a PDF template (e.g. contract, confirmation, offer) and made available at the end as a download or via email.
Layout and fields of the PDF are adjustable, additional data can be enriched from connected sources (CRM, database).
How to start
- Add the template to your workspace.
- Set the question sequence and PDF template (layout, placeholders) in the module.
- Configure output method (download in chat or send via email).
