Initial Situation

Candidates should get fast, direct access to information about open positions, the application process and the right contact persons. zeb wanted to move away from the classic application experience and create a new, exciting format for its talent acquisition instead.

Solution Concept

Based on the LoyJoy platform, a new recruiting experience was implemented on zeb’s website. The avatar zeb.RA, short for zeb Recruiting Assistant, guides applicants through the chat and takes them straight to the information they need about vacancies, the application process and contact persons, instead of leaving them to search on their own.
