What is the difference between a chatbot and an AI Agent?
Classic chatbots follow predefined decision trees and answer questions. LoyJoy AI Agents understand natural language, make decisions and execute actions, from database queries to system integrations. They orchestrate business processes via BPMN and access tools and APIs securely via MCP. The result: requests are resolved end to end, not just answered.
How does LoyJoy avoid hallucinations?
AI agents respond exclusively based on your knowledge sources and data, not on general training data. For each agent, you control precisely which sources it can access. Integrated automated AI testing continuously checks response quality. 100-percent guarantees do not exist with probabilistic models, but the mechanics are kept as tight as possible.
Are GDPR, DORA, BFSG and the EU AI Act covered?
Yes. EU hosting, encryption in transit and at rest, Privacy by Design, AI Act-compliant governance, DORA-aware operations, BFSG-compliant accessibility. Can we bring our own LLM?
Yes. Use OpenAI or Azure OpenAI with your own subscription. Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, Mistral as well as open-source models like GLM and Kimi K2 are also available. Switch models without migration because prompts, policies and data access are configured centrally in LoyJoy.
How long does implementation take?
A first prototype is often ready in the no-code editor within 15 minutes. Productive go-live in 2 to 4 weeks from kickoff to live. It takes longer only when integrations into existing systems, fine-tuning of responses or role concepts are extensive.
How does handover to live agents work?
When a request requires human empathy or expertise, the AI agent hands the case to a live agent with full context. Customers are notified and can continue asynchronously. No reset, no restart.
Can we connect LoyJoy with Claude or ChatGPT?
Yes. Every LoyJoy AI agent is also an MCP server. Connect your tenant to Claude Desktop, ChatGPT, Gemini or your own MCP client and query analytics, processes and the knowledge base in natural language. Access is controlled via the role and permissions concept.
