Your Tasks

• Quick grasp of our SaaS platform and support in rapid prototyping (creation of chat processes within LoyJoy).
• You’ll work closely with our enterprise customers from around the globe to make them successful in using the LoyJoy platform.
• Creation of documentation and training videos.
• You leverage generative AI tools like ChatGPT to be super efficient.

Your Qualifications

• You have started your Bachelor’s degree in international business, marketing, business administration, business informatics or similar.
• Conscientious and quick execution of tasks.
• Curious and an open personality with high self-motivation.
• Long-term cooperation for 10 to 20 h / week.
• You speak German and English fluently and enjoy working cross-culturally with customers from all over the world.
• You are intrinsically motivated and want to work in an entrepreneurial environment, embracing to grind through some tough times and enjoy the successes.
