  • Conversations are the natural way we humans form relationships (for several thousand years). That‘s why a real time conversation is a powerful tool for brands to connect with their consumers.

  • Listen & learn is a big part of a conversation. Instead of guessing what your consumers want just ask them instead and create, truely personalied experiences. (No need to rely just on big data interpretations).

  • Collaboration We believe in letting people grow by offering opportunities and support. We are open for people from different backgrounds and beliefs. We encourage open source contributions to let everyone build up a reputation. We work with partners that share our vision.

  • Empowerment With our technology we want to enable brands to create meaningful, personalized, branded conversational experiences. But we also live this value on a day to day basis internally as well as with our clients and partners.

  • Academia We work closely with universities to take results of scientific research, especially advances in machine learning, to practical application in business. We offer topics for Bachelor and Master theses and support talented students in their work.

CEO, Managing Director

Initiator, CEO and Founder of LoyJoy. Entrepreneur, strategy consultant, IT professional. More than 10 years experience of industry & top management consulting in marketing and CRM. Programmed his first chatbot in 1995.

Dr. Ulrich Wolffgang

CTO, Managing Director

CTO and Founder of LoyJoy. Over 15 years of experience in coding. Before he worked as an IT architect at Platinion of Boston Consulting Group and as a software developer on core banking systems.

Jonathan Schmitz

Head of AI Engineering

Expert in evolutionary theory, data science, and machine learning. Experienced artificial intelligence engineer in NLP and image recognition technology. Studied biology and is currently finishing his PhD in bioinformatics.

Luica Hemsing

Head of Customer Success

Project manager with a technical background, helping you to achieve business value and get the most out of your investment with LoyJoy. Thrilled to roll out LoyJoy's state-of-the-art technology for customers all around the globe.

Sebastian Deisel

Full-Stack Software Engineer

Full-stack software engineer at LoyJoy with a lot of experience in reactive user interfaces, scalable backend APIs and bot technology. Is a Master student of information systems at University of Münster and holds a Bachelor’s degree.
